Rainbow Dash comes down with cancer. Scootaloo finds out about it and is really heartbroken about. She goes to the hospital to spend as much time with her before Rainbow Dash goes. She ends up find out one morning that she is close to her death. Scootaloo then gives a short speech as is then the end of the story
