Minuette, Moondancer, Lyra, Lemon Hearts and Twinkleshine)...I have a whole series planned that will take her through the series, well important moments, clear up through No Second Prances, which is the episode that inspired me to write "An Unlikely Love: The Tale of Two Friendship Students."

In "Resetting Her Destiny" yes she does because she is a filly. It was the knowledge, memories and scroll that she received, not her full blown adult personality in the beginning.....like all other ponies, she grows up as she ages. Besides, if I had her acting like a full blown adult, her parents would know something was up.

Starlight replacing Twilight is something I'm 100% down for. 10/10 on principle.
I know this is an older story, but one thing I wish was happening was some awareness that Starlight is "stealing" Twilight's destiny. Some sign of concern would make sense... This is made more confusing since it's seems that the version of the adult Starlight that sent the spell back in time was the post reformed starlight. (Otherwise she wouldn't have known Trixie)
So why did post reform Starlight send that scroll back in time?

Post reformed Starlight was upset that Twilight was trying to drive a wedge between her and Trixie. This caused part of the old Starlight to resurface so part of what she sent back to her filly self included her knowing Trixie. The reason nopony showed any concern was because in this timeline, Twilight failed her entrance exam and thus was never known by anypony (outside of her family) except the judges who oversaw her failing her exam.
Good concept, but it’s quite rushed, I also understand that this story is probably ancient.
