okay i have a few questions. is 'the Chaos Bargain' a 1:1 of a deal with the devil? I'm going to assume so and continue.
then a question why discord is breaking his bargain while claiming it to be easy.
blueblood's wish was that all taboos be set aside, he didn't say all except these two. do you know what happens to a devil that breaks his bargain? they get smote from on high or on low, one of the two.
and the stupid thing is there are so many holes in blueblood's 'wishes' that discord can still do what he is doing without breaking his own deal.
i mean seriously all you have to do is take his word literally! make the celebration of his house about his literal home, have the week long party within it with all the messy disgusting sex held inside, as for celebrating greatest members of its family be honored make that either the builders of the home or a raccoon that had taken residence inside the roof.
now for the taboos the easiest thing would be to literally set them aside for the entire time meaning no one does them.
but if you only wanted foalcon and rape to be out the door then that's easy and pretty simple.
