It wasn't bad, but I see some wasted potential here. This needs to be longer and darker, with more buildup to the sex scene and more drama afterwards (also, she most definitely shouldn't enjoy being raped. This should generally be handled carefully, especially if you're aiming for drama/dark story). The sex scene is rather bland, I'm afraid (personally, I'd write it in a deliberately unsexy and squicky way to make it grittier, but that's just me) and that surprise incest mention kinda is there, but doesn't really do anything. Like, it could work fine as a part of Filthy's trash-talking, but once it turns out she did fuck her brother, it kinda goes in a weird direction.
