How have I never thought of Derpy and Clyde being a couple before? It makes perfect sense. Guess I'm just a DerpyxDoctor shipper. Anyway, this was quite fun. If you chose to write a longer shipfic with this pairing (sex optional), I think it could be quite comedic.

My enjoyment being said, I have a rant that has been itching to be busted out that's only tangentially related:

The not reaching all the way to the base? Perfectly understandable. The average condom is about 7.5 inches long, and if Clyde is seriously packing, that's probably short a few.
But as for the tightness.. to cause serious discomfort Clyde would have to have a literal horse-cock. Try wrapping a condom around your arm sometime. Trust me, you'll be able to do it. Tight but not cutting off blood flow or anything, right? That's because in the U.S. condoms have to meet a required stress limit, and that stress limit is bonkers. Like, wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man sized bonkers.
Also, "super sized" condoms aren't special because of their length. Usually they're within half an inch of the normal, so maybe 8 inches. I'm betting Clyde is supposed to be packing something a fair bit bigger. It's the girth that those condoms are for, a measly quarter of an inch increase makes them pretty roomy. But, as I mentioned before, any normal condom is going to work perfectly fine. It has to, to pass inspection. So, they're charging more for something that's basically the same so you can say you bought Magnums or Toros or whatever.
It might sound like I'm being a bit anal about this, but it's important to wear condoms that fit for them to do their job. If you won the genetic lotto and are sporting a Five-Dollar Foot-Long, but are fractions of an inch bigger around than average, you go and buy that Magnum and it might not fit and you'll be finding out real fast if big time virility goes with that big time member.
But big dudes can wear just about any rubber as long as it's high quality and not expired (yes, condoms can expire and degrade). Should have been no problem in this, and in a hundred other human fics.

The problem here is EXACTLY that: girth. A condom that's not the right size and doesn't fit properly is going to cause discomfort if it isn't made for the girth of the user.

Sad (happy?) to say I'm not blessed with a dick the size of a baseball bat, but I still find it pretty hard to believe that any condom could cause any significant level of discomfort considering how well they stretch, but I guess it kind of adds to the "holy shit he's huge" bit of the narrative.
With some training... then again, with how big you're making him out to be, if he screwed up just one time he could really hurt her. But, practically speaking, just like the vaginal opening, it's a muscle that can be stretched and trained
