Technically, this is willing to be raped.
This is the first story I read (except maybe You Make My Whole Life Worthwhile by Steel Resolve) in which exhibitionism was not a secondary, occasional kink but a leading theme through all the narration, and I am extremely happy about it!
Another thing story does greatly is take some of the things I loved about Squeaky-Clean Fun and present them in a far more elaborate and deep fashion, also thanks to the exceptional extension of this work: I love how character depth is observed dutifully, giving everyone a backstory and creating a solid and believable base for the events that followed; I also praise the slow and gradual evolution of Princess Twilight’s opinions, instead of her just having a pseudo-epiphany and flipping without context.
I like to think that I read a fine balance of canon and speculation, in which order and logic are the strong pillars of a well-written, intense and truly enjoyable piece of fiction.
I’d love to see more stories like this.

I'm a bit torn about this story.
On the one hand, the writing is excellent. You really get the emotions and feelings, which is an important part of any clopfic. Sexy fun with no grammatical errors to distract you.
The problem I ran into is that this... This isn't BDSM as I understand it. Safe, yes. Sane, mostly. But it's not very consensual. Yes, Twilight declares she wants in, but once she's in, she's given no means of getting out. When she says she wants to slow down or stop, she's beaten. She's given no safeword, and there's no discussion of limits or aftercare. That crosses the line, I think, and goes much too far into Rapey territory for me to be comfortable.
