Well my suggestion is were Twilight gets back at Chrysalis for the wedding incident which Chrysalis's is no longer a queen. By Twilight becoming a futa, or a stallion to teach Chrysalis's her lesson, or have it were they're stallions and gender bend the male Chrysalis to a female like in Breaking Umbra in.
Which you could add what ever you like to it seance it's your story, and all.
