1474318 nevermind, I reread and figured it out, I was listening to loud music the first time and it probably affected my concentration.
So, Flitter was suffering from blackouts which she got an operation for. However, before all that, she wanted Cloudchaser to be with her, but she didn't come. That ended up pissing Flitter off and caused them to break up.
Am I correct in this assumption?
