Discord has decided to give up his magic for the love of his life, Fluttershy. He doesn't want to outlive her and possibly his children. But a few years into their marriage, Discord's health begins to rapidly decline with no one able to help him. Fluttershy must care for a child and dying husband while coping with the fact that Discord may not survive.

The thing with Discord is that he can be interpreted in so many different ways and still be himself. You do seem to have a good grasp of the fact that Discord isn't familiar with a lot of emotions and haa to think about things at times before answering. And his little humorous hit with Celestia was perfect! His humor and sarcasm and downright silliness is a big part of it, so I think you can do him justice!
Leo can be their second kid in rp-land. ;) Keep it up! I already know your a Fluttershy pro.

I thought that Fluttershy wouldn't like a strange name (like Screwball for example) that so many other writers give Fluttercord kids. I thought Leo was something unique enough that Discord would like it, and something Fluttershy would think fit her child
P.S. I didn't mean any offense to people who like Screwball! I just don't like the name for a Fluttercord kid XD

Haha! I always feel like I make him too sappy too! But hey, it's a kids show. He can afford to be a little sappy every once in a whIle and say it's because they don't expect it from him, and therfore wouldn't make sense.
I hate the name Screwball too! I can't see Fluttershy being okay with such a name. I feel like she'd be afraid it would get her bullied or make her feel like her parents assumed she'd be crazy or something. Leo is much better.
