I wonder if this actually goes against the recent rule banning metafiction...if the story is not about the site itself, I think it should be okay? Anyway, thanks for the comments.
The rule is probably an excuse to block a load of low quality "Story sucks me in- literally!" or "Ponies leave story" stories, and I doubt a fic as suddenly intriguing as this has any need to worry. Honestly.
How positively Lovecraftian, that one's life might be rearranged at the whims of a higher being. Do you worry about the implications of writing this?
Also, I noticed a couple of typos:
"Princess Celestia did not spoke[...]"
"From the Princes’ words[...]"
"Oh wait, what if somepony just erase my name on this book?"
I would personally be terrified if the fabric of reality contained typos.

Very very well written with it retaining twilights personality and being suspenseful
Not to go all meta on everyone, but these are precisely the conditions under which canon exists; and canon can be changed, characters and scenes retconned, Derpy underped, and we have always been at war with Eurasia.
Which the author has undoubtedly noticed, but chose not to beat us over the head with it.

And while Twilight talked to Princess Celestia, Pinkie Pie snuck behind them, opened the book to the last written page, and produced a quill in her mouth from.. somewhere.
"There! I fixed it!" Pinkie exclaimed, holding up the book. "See, I wrote in it. The last like on the page now says, 'And while Twilight and Celestia were talking, Pinkie Pie wrote in the book the following: As of now, this book no longer control Equestria and everyone in it. And so it was true.'"
"It was that easy all along?" Princess Celestia sat back in surprise.
"Yuppers! Now let's get back home." Pinkie quickly slammed the book shut, preventing anypony from seeing the back cover, where it was written in a tiny font, 'Instead, Equestria is now and forevermore controlled by Pinkie Pie, immortal party pony extraordinaire."
And that's how Equestria was made.
