I could finally see the ocean as I got further and further into a town called the hollows. Tears then started filling my eyes as I remember the memeories of when my father took me and my older brother to the library, which is know nothing but a charred husk. I look looked away so I could the memories out of my head, then I started heard someone's voice coming from the docks.
"if If I can just find the library, I'll be able to learn the magic they had here."
As I get got closer to the voice I see a unicorn mare with a white mane and light blue fur.
"I wonder who this could possibly be" I whisper whispered to myself,"Well, no time like the present to learn."
As I get got up form my hiding spot, the unicorn is was busy tying tidying her boat down and mumbling about the she can't wait to be someone.
"Excuse me, but who might you be?" I ask, Eich she responded with a scream.
"wWho do you think you are, that you can sneak up on the great and powerful trixie." she says said to me.

"goodGood, now that we have a plan, what I want to know is that do if you have the supplies for the north?" I ask asked her.

She regained her normal composure, still stunned as she turned back to face the Crystal Empire, "I can also tell that there's something else too."
"yesYes" I telltold her as I trotted passed her to the edge of a cliff to get a better overview of the city as breeze passed by, moving about my mane and tail. My eyes were slightly slanted as I finally gave my response, " todayToday was the day I was born, six years before the fall."

Great, but be very careful when trying to put Shattered Nightmare in your story, Mid is the villian in my next story cause of that. Besides, Midnight dies, and this is WAY after my story, so, if you want to put me like that, the elements of Celestia will be included. (I'll tell you what it is in private)
Midnight is a copper gold, lighter than Flash's, and his hair is a deep navy blue, with sky a sky blue stripe going through the middle. He has a skin colored belly that stretches out to his chin. His tail is as well navy blue with the blue stripe. His eyes are the color of sapphires. Remember his cutie mark is a flaming white sword with blue fire all over it. His description may sort of remind you of flash, but hes not. Only because of the copper skin, his hair has nothing to do with it.
He spins two double edge swords in his hands, and when in full power, these catch fire and anything near it catches on fire as well. His main center, though, is a large white machete. This will help you with description, and the part with the meeting the first time is not accurate. Mid was scared because of your attitude, and you didn't mean to scare him. Even if I was older than you by a few months, I was still scared. And at the end, who you calling kid? I'm 20! And wouldn't my armor be obvios? Especially my double edge swords packed in my back?(they are stripped to the back, forming an x in my back.)

Fire would work but they have a much worse resistance to electric damage due to the fact the fire is a more focused defense.
But if you want to have the best chance of sucess than a powerful paralysis would work to take them out.
