I'm not reading The Night is Passing and somehow missed that this tied in, so I'm not sure how much here is deliberately vague, how much is an allusion to something in the full story, and how much started as the former in your Thirty Minute Ponies entry and later morphed into the latter. Still acts as a pretty effective trailer for TNIP, though -- or maybe that's just 'cause it's a good reminder of your skill with words.
