I personally would've given Pinkie's resurge of self-fat-shaming a bit more detail, considering how she should know Joe would only adore it. Something like, "Joe, I know how silly I was being, but every time I would think about showing you, I would think that maybe it would be too much even for you, or that somepony else would make a big deal about it and make it worse..."
Other than that, this is just as great as the previous story, and I wish I had found it sooner
