6119346 Actually no it won't. When someone becomes a yellow lantern they are picked because they can cause fear not because the are paranoid. In the comics Batman and the Scarecrow both wield a yellow ring because they make people paranoid and scared.

Limiting it to just to the Mane Six and Spike, the ones that make the most sense to me are:
Red - Rainbow Dash: She is a bit of a hothead, and has trouble controlling her emotions at times.
Orange - Spike: always wrestling with his Dragon Greed.
Yellow - Twilight Sparkle: Not for paranoia, but she certainly has the ability and power to instill fear in others. Sinestro was originally a Green Lantern, though so...
Green - Applejack: Probably has the most willpower out of any of the Six, plus she really doesn't fit any of the other colors well.
Blue - Pinkie Pie: Laughter is Hope.
Indigo - Fluttershy: A genuine compassion for life, as well as realizing when she's gone too far (Breezies)
Violet - Rarity: Generosity leads to Charity, and the Greek work "agape" can be translated both as Charity and Love.
