You need to work on capitalization. Words such as Sweetie Belle, Ponyville, Equestria, and Princess Luna should all be capitalized.

Issues with dialogue, too - there should only be one speaker per paragraph.

Spelling is okay (although I have a feeling that's thanks to spellcheck), but grammar needs work.

Can't say much about the story, as it's a sequel to a story I haven't read.

Have you tried reading your story aloud? It really helps to catch errors.
