I had been wandering why Double Diamond would have turned on Starlight Glimmer if the mane the Mane 6 would have been converted, I guess that he wanted to prove himself to her. I had wandered why he turn on Starlight so quickly in the show after being her lackey for so long, as well as spying his other townsponies, I guess that he was a fanatic and seeing that his faith was lie, would had been enough to reject turn on it.
