6067607 Whoops, the complete tag was a mistake, when I started writing it it was planned to be a longer one shot rather than in chapters. As for the tags, if you're referring to the human tag, I don't like it being there either, but last time I tried to submit a story with EQG characters(even as ponies), I was told to include the human tag.
They probably think sunset's a human because she came from the human world lol even thou she's oviously not human

Why go through so many hoops for this setup? With so many changes you gain nothing over just having Sunset smooching with an OC guard mare.
6392504 Not even sure myself, the idea just sort of got me going so I ran with it. Could just be I don't find an overprotective, bro-y older brother very fun to write, while an overprotective, tomboy older sister is funny to me. Also I'm terrible at creating actual original characters, I usually need a base framework to work off of, which is why I tend to only use my own variants of existing characters.
TLDR because I'm a weirdo
