This was actually really well done. Since you described it as dark I thought the ending might've been dark, with Tirek ultimately lying to Adagio and taking her to jail on top of forcing sex acts prepared for the worst.
I did notice the game titles, though most blended well, the last one stuck out like a sore thumb and truthfully was jarring enough to break my concentration.
Liked the use of detail. Liked the back-and-forth perspective - Tirek's thoughts were particularly exciting to read in their deviance from the norm. Good dialogue, good tracking of positions.
Rule 63 or not: her dark charm is spot on. She isn't cruel to be cruel as much as a means to an orgasm. Honestly, I was surprised at how kind and forgiving she was (correcting Adagio on how to address her without punishment). Conventional, consensual BDSM is usually treated more harshly when a sub misbehaves.
Adagio's characterization is one I can understand - I've written her similarly - but I'd've like to see more of her fiery attitude (in the form of snarky thoughts since she was in no position to physically protest). wait thought: how can Adagio have a rap sheet if her age keeps changing? wouldn't that sort of thing get tracked too?

Otherwise, I really like its usage to subtly first nudge the powerless angle in a positive light before it's suddenly twisted against her.
I enjoyed the words you used: they really sold the defeated terror and delight in domination. The whole thing flowed well. I didn't feel rushed through much of anything. Not my preferred cup of tea, upvoting because quality.
