Autumn Breeze has amnesia. How she got it? No body knows. And she doesn't remember. All any pony knows is that she was found on the docks with blood pouring out of her head, with a fading cutie mark and a fading heart beat.
Feeling like a random stranger, Autumn writes a letter to a random pony, signing off as 'Sincerely, Random'. Little does she know that the results of this letter are about to change her life

I haven't read the whole thing, but this seems like an interesting premise. The main issue I see so far is that it isn't written too well. There is a lack of description and the transitioning points from one scene to another are really jarring. There were a few moments that I felt were very well put, however. I'd advise getting a good proofreader if you're going to continue this.

And I'm sorry about that. I try to be as descriptive as possible, but I'm only a young writer, thus I don't have very much experiance. And I never have been very good at transitioning 
I will try to work on that. And thank you for your advise. I think a proofreader would be a great idea, only I don't know who I would have read it, as I am rather new to this website and don't have any writer friends around. If you have any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated! I'll take all the advice I can get!

I'd recommend you check out The Proofreader Group for help with that. It's very active from what I've seen, and it'll suffice until you get a buddy willing to do the proofreading. Best of luck!
