Hm this is nice, given that it stars two of my favorite mares, but it could use some improvements:

In addition, the story itself is a bit... bare bones. Velvet would have already had Shining Armor, therefor she would have been married to Night Light/Orion and such. That would add a layer of taboo to it that would sweeten the deal considerably. In addition "oh dang you're making me pregnant" does not sum up an impregnation scene. Well, not an exciting one, anyway. You really need to get into it. For a more scientific humor approach, describe the sperm swimming their way to her fertile, accepting egg. For a bit more of an invested shot, have a little time skip showing her three or four months later, into her pregnancy with Twilight Sparkle.
As it stands, this is a nice little clopfic staring futalestia and Velvet. But it is NOT what the title promised.

These two lovely gentlemen have already pointed out what I was going to. It is, unfortunately, a common affliction of people here on Fimfic to show up and complain about the theme of a story they knew beforehand. That's like browsing a menu, ordering the tuna, waiting for the tuna, delicately eating the tuna, then throwing down your napkin and shouting to the restaurant that tuna is the worst thing ever and that you're probably allergic to it and the chef is a bad person for putting tuna in front of you.
I apologize to a degree if you feel offended, but it's highly illogical and somewhat grating to see something like this. Please try to see it from an outside perspective. If you don't like Futa, don't read Futa. If you don't like lesbians, don't read lesbian ships. If you don't like straights or gays or eggplants... well, you get the picture. It means you aren't the intended audience for the work of the author, and the people who DO enjoy it and are thus the intended audience are likely to feel offended that you showed up specifically to leave a comment that either directly says or implies you are against what they came here to enjoy. As an example, I don't have a foot fetish - but I don't go to stories about feet/hoof worship and read them, and certainly don't go to the comments to tell everyone they're weird for not liking what I like or liking what I don't.
I hope this helps you out in your future commenting endeavors.
