Pinkie Pie comes to Rainbow Dash with shocking news; the world is going to end, and they have a million things to do before it does. Although Rainbow Dash agrees to play along, she obviously doesn't take her seriously... but as the day goes by, the true meaning of Pinkie's warning becomes clear.
“These won’t just be boring normal cupcakes!” Pinkie announced to nopony. “This is the time for epic cupcakes! Big, ginormous, fantastical cupcakes! The biggest and bestest ever! We need flour! And sugar! More sugar! MORE SUGAR!”

Man, I msut say that was some story. 
That is just like Pinkie to act this way, I mean even I was almost to tears on the revelation. Rainbow Dash is truly lucky to have someone like Pinkie Pie by her side, to lighten up her own life.
Truly lucky indeed.

This has completely inspired me to try submitting one of my other stories.
Thank you, thank you for writing such a wonderfully made story. This story actually made me realise just how we tend to forget all the fun in our lives once we grow up. All the fun, all the laughs, disappeared. It's such a wonderful story, I cried tears of joy while reading this actually.

I love this story. It's perfect Rainbow Pie, even though it's friend-shipping and not romance. The way Pinkie manifests her panic, the way Rainbow almost blows her off, the things Pinkie decides they should do--all lovely. And the dialogue is crackling.
But what really takes the story over the top is the ending. It would have been a lovely, a good, story even without the emotional tone twist at the end ... but with the twist, the story went from a pure comedy to something deep and emotional. And the very last sentence was just utter, sweet perfection.
It's a very well written story, and I don't want to come off as just negative, but you need to edit. It didn't ruin it for me by any stretch of the imagination, but I did notice quite a few mistakes. Just remember to check before submitting is all. Other then that, I really, really enjoyed this.
...And finally, after having flown across the planet, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie realized, they have finally done everything possible, ever. And then the next day they both died of boredom, and, no longer having the limitless supply of energy known as Pinkie Pie, the Universe crumbled into non-existance. The End. Awesome... Wow.... A fantastic story with an incredible twist. It has a "moral of the story" that you can't see till the very end of the story but jumps out at you and becomes very clear. The moral doesn't seem forced either, it just... works. This story really made me think. Wow, you have talent.

This was an adorable story and I enjoyed it a lot.
That said, you can't seem to decide if it is just friendshipping or full shipping. I would opt for the former, but you have things like Dash getting a wingboner while holding Pinkie ("Rainbow’s face was growing warmer and warmer, and she could feel her the feathers of her wings grow stiffer and spread, even as they beat.") so it distracts the reader a little bit.
Nonetheless this is really good and you get thumbs up.
This story shall be my new bible. I shall read it everyday, and uphold its message. Excellent story, excellent characterization. Why couldn't everyone be Pinkie Pie? I think you should add the "sad" tag to it though. When Pinkie says it's the end of the world, she means it as literally as she possibly can. It's so sad, watching her face a world devoid of laughter, seeking the last days of innocence before the horrific journey into the adult world. Seriously, I could never imagine Pinkie Pie with such a deep message for us all.
How do you do it? Every story you write is an amazing piece of art! I've decided that I'm going to read every single one of your fics! Somehow you can make an amazing story out of anything, from a RainbowPie (PinkieDash?) fic, to Pinkie simply watching paint dry. You are awesome! Never stop writing fics. I got another three fics to read, then I'll start on The Games We Play, I can't wait to start that one, I'm sure it's going to be amazing!
Her mind instantly leapt to the mental image of her and Pinkie floating through space.
"I'm in space! So much space, gotta see it all! Spaaaaaaace!"

Is it weird if the part of this story I enjoyed most was when Pinkie rushed up to Dash telling her the world was ending? It reminded me of a silly flash game I played a while ago called "There's No Time to Explain." I think it's since been made into a full game.
The sentiment of never forgetting how to be playful, or to have fun, is a prevalent theme, but with good reason.
Now I feel even worse about belittling someone else's work.
I'm okay with this. I'm very, very okay with this. A giggle, a thwap on the back of the head, then a tight hug.
Growing up's inneresting, and it's fun to see Pinkie receive the lesson rather than give it, but it feels right this way. Perpetual cheer machine, yes, but I can totally see her feeling this way.
For me, the funniest part about it all is that I can just smile and nod along with each and every one of Dash's words. I'm in my late twenties, and I ain't ever felt the need to stop being silly. Dash has the right of it, and if the one droplet of melancholy I read in this (the word "change" is iffy for me, actually - it's a thing) would otherwise poison my enjoyment of the fic, the antidote is the fact that I already feel I'm proving the world wrong every day. Keep bouncin', Pinks!
I am glad I finally got around to reading this, it was really cute and heart-warming. Growing up is something we all have to do, but that doesn't mean we have to stop being who we are and stop enjoying life for what it is; and that is essentially what Dashie tells Pinkie here in your story. The character portrayals were very believable, it was down-to-earth (as much as anything with Pinkie can be :3 ), and it was well written. Great job AA!

How can mere words express how much this single sentence hit home? God, I've been feeling just like Pinkie for the last couple of years. The whole pony thing seems like an escape route now too. I'm sure the feeling will pass before morning, but still...
