Whoa, that's a little hardcore, don't ya think?
Just going off the title in the feed, I assumed this story would involve Saddle Arabia somehow.
I was wrong. But I also wasn't disappointed.
-Criminal wanted by the Crown (specially a very pissed Princess of the Night).
-Goes town after town making spectacles and shouting her name.

Alrighty then that was interesting.

What made you think this wasn't cannon?
Though, illusion Twilight might not technically count.
Good to see that Trixie's not trying to milk her alicorn status for all she could get (even if she gets stuff forced on her anyway). Trixie's always come across as wanting to earn what she has properly - or at least that's how I characterize her. And of course she'd want to perform and invariably get involved in local affairs despite needing to stay hidden, kinda like in the old The Hulk and The Fugitive serials. Hay, you could probably make a separate story about the Fugitive Princess Trixie, getting into mishaps while staying ahead of the law.
The sex felt technically good but a bit underdone, not enough to provoke the emotional fulfillment I need to actually get anything out of it, so to speak. Good clop is very difficult to write, I find. (Yes, I've tried it myself.) Then again, given the context of her essentially playing with toys and fooling herself, the awkwardness may be appropriate.
Let's hope that Twilight doesn't find out. Unless it turns out that Twilight plays the same game. Then they can both feel awkward!

This was interesting. For some reason until the end I actually thought Trixie had made it to Ponyville and was with the real Twilight.
"Come one! Come all! Feast your eyes on the Great and Powerful Princess Trixie! Only the greatest and most powerful princess in all the land!" *fireworks everywhere*
"There she is! Get her!"
"Trixie is starting to question her life choices."

I think it's kind of hilarious that she doesn't even realize that she can milk it. Not that she would, but she'd be a lot more upset if she knew they actually believed she was royalty. Then she'd disguise herself as a unicorn and there'd be no more drama. Instead, she's just delightfully confused. Only one jar of peanut butter!
Trixie's alone time was both sensual and terribly sad. I think it was quite effective. It's funny how accurately Trixie knows just how Twilight thinks, even though Trixie's too insecure to admit it to herself.

Huh, I suddenly wonder if Trixie will use these spells when she has her real life meeting. Ought to be quite the surprise for somepony.
And Trixie will continue to stay away from Twilight Sparkle, as long as the story of Hopes and Follies stays uncontinued. Hint, hint!
I find it adorable how long it takes for Trixie to clue in that all the ponies are treating her as royalty, kind of a mirror of how long it takes Twilight to realise Trixie has a crush on her. Of course, for Trixie, while it may be risking the real royalty catching her the more she does her shows, she's also getting her name out to all the smaller towns and villages, and showing that she's not some evil big bad as Luna would have you believe.
Random question: where did you find the cover art? I reverse google searched it and couldn't come up with anything.
I love how you write Trixie's doubt that Twi will return her feelings across several stories.
