The sun finally could not compress any further, and exploded outward in a blast of massive energy, before collapsing in on itself. The moment it did so, all the magic focused on it was absorbed, and Sweetie found herself being sucked toward it. As her hooves lifted off the ground, she found herself unable to move, and her mind crystal clear. Smiling, she sighed, allowing her magic to be drained into the black hole.
Thud
There was a large sound, and everything halted. Sweetie looked around, seeing things held mid air, and found herself unable to move either. Something enveloped her in a magic aura, and she felt herself be moved. It felt like she was being dragged through mud. After a while, it stopped, and she was moved backward. There was a pause.
With a rapid movement, Sweetie watched as she was sent flying down a street, where she hit some sort of invisible wall. As she hit it, it seemed to shatter like glass, sending her spinning toward the ground. Looking up, Sweetie watched as the wall seemingly repaired itself, and looked around.
Widening her eyes, she had no response.
10k will definitely make up for 5 short chapters uploaded rapid-fire.
Unless it doesn't.
You better explain everything.
I think the term is
OH SHIT. THAT CLIFFHANGER. YOU BASTARD.
i kid. 'Tis been a fun ride, but it's time for Sweetie to NOT nuke the universe.
Wheeeeeeeee
She done goofed......
Meh, still hoping Starswirl detonates.
6175155 10k should do nicely I hope.
So... Is the next chapter the last chapter of Sweetie loops? is the loop 100 the final loop?
Nononono!!!!!!!
AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH.
It's like waiting a week for your favorite show, then they leave you with a BUCKING to be continued at the end of summer vacation.
And it is about time we finally got here! So much time spent building with only the smallest of pieces revealed in story! Let's hope it's worth the wait
This had better not be "The Bad Guy Wins".
Aaaaand... the entire message:
Is that an anagram?
Sweetie is Starswirl's 'second self' that he's using to cast the spell, isn't she? That's why her Mark kept changing to look like Twilight's, because she has that Element of Magic-ness contained inside her, and soon all of Starswirl's memories will come rushing in.
And then I guess she'll be immortal.
Assuming gravity (and nuclear fusion) works in this universe as it does on ours, this statement is incorrect. It would only take compressing the sun to perhaps 1/10th its size for the sun to be of sufficient density to undergo unnatural carbon fusion and collapse in on itself (which would take a process of tens of thousands of years before forming a white dwarf). If it was compressed to 1/20th it size, it would go supernova and explode and collapse into a black hole.
In short: Sweetie Belle would definitely not need to perform the whole compression herself and she should have noted an (horrendously massive) internal explosive reaction before it happened. Now you might say that "magic" effects things differently, but unless you say nuclear fusion does not exist, then the collapse of a star should still create an massive explosion (like billions of nuclear bombs going off simultaneously) upon death.
(Feel free to ignore this I guess, it just bugs me to no end...)

...my brain hurts so bad...this PLAN was...is there a word that goes 2 steps beyond convoluted? I think it needs to be made...my mind hurt jsut following this! Impressive by itself, but still.
6175434 Loop 100 is the last loop of the story according to the author; however that does not mean that the next chapter is the last chapter.
He could split the loop in multiple chapters as he is done before, not to mention the possibility of a chapter of what happens after or an epilogue.

6175694 Dude...Starswirl's not necasariously a bad guy. He's just wants what he believes is the bet outcome for all pony kind. I'm sure that he's thinking along the lines of, "Oh one filly's life doesn't matter too much as long as the outcome will benefit every pony! It will all pay off so why even bother with any ethical questions?", in regards to Sweetie Belle's situation. Also, I don't really think that Starswirl will win in the next installment. Sweetie Belle is just going to be too powerful for him to even handle.

I agree. 10k should more than make up for the rapid fire ones. Although a few of those don't even count as chapters, still 10k (and an epilogue) should end this thing nicely.
Looks at the past 17 chapters, or 10,245 words... "Twelve days between first and last post(83-99).... "
Clicks Stopwatch Go.
So what is that second code?
Is it coded on the untranslated or translated message?
Also could someone post whole untranslated message?
6175217 But nuking the universe is fun!
If we're talking physics;
That bit, just before Sweetie was grabbed suggests that because the sun is now a black hole, everything is getting sucked toward it.
However, presuming that Sweetie is containing all escaping energy, the only thing that should change is that the sun goes out.
Black holes are not "magic space vacuum cleaners".
But I suppose I can accept a bit of poetic license in the name of drama.
I...no longer have any idea
Well, you officially have me anxiously awaiting the next chapter.
There actually is a fix for this: she needs to accelerate something. As anyone who's had calculus can tell you, nature has some properties like the speed of light that can never be reached no matter how much energy you pour on. Anyone with a grounding in math (like Twilight) could tell her that, and no matter how much power she puts into accelerateing something (lets say a small spaceship she's riding on) she will never reach the speed of light, and she'll be able to keep adding power forever. Each week she's make it out of the Oort cloud towards the end of the week and spend the next few hours in interstelar space before the reset. To make things even more interesting, time goes slower and slower the closer you get to the speed of light, so she might only experience an hour or two each week between resets.
And that begs another question: if she's teleported back for the next loop, what happens to the planet shattering amount of energy she's built up as momentum? If this process continues for long, the energy output is going melt the crust of the world into a lake of fire, and eventually the planet will begin to shine like a sun in its own right. That threat from the dragons is beginning to look more like an escape clause!
6175701 What exactly did u do to get this?
Oh... this is going to be fun....
This is it. Starswirl's letter is complete. The strange countdown has counted down. It is Loop 99. It will turn to Loop 100. Starswirl is either going to save the world, or Sweetie will destroy it.
There is no in between.
Sweetie is the catalyst? It seems she might destroy this world. The end has come.
Fleeting light of warmth,
bless this shell before you go,
it is all shattered
We shall read on.

If sweetie managed to create a black hole, then her relative time would stop, meaning the loop would freeze.
She and everyone near the hole would go on normally, but to an outside observer it would take a longer time for the world to be sucked in.
Would this time dilation affect the loop?
Tick
(The cube starts tossing light and lightning everywhere)

lols. love this idea. :P
