My name is Athena Cykes. I'm a defense attorney and an analytical psychologist. It's been about a year since I joined the Wright Anything Agency and five months since my most recent case up until today. I never thought I'd be thrown into a case this bizarre: finding myself in a world where pastel-coloured ponies are sentient and taking on the defense of a white unicorn indicted with a murder charge, but that's the easiest part to comprehend. Weirder things happen consistently after my arrival, but that hasn't stopped me before.
The defense is psyched and ready to rock!

5161050 Well, she did pull off some pretty solid arguments against Phoenix Wright (which nearly cost him the case thanks to that damned second bolt of lightning); what's stopping her from trying Athena (and laughing at her because of her predicament)? I'd come up with more, but at the moment, I'm busy drawing something.
Blueblood, arrogant prick but cunning and deceitful prosecutor. I think he could make for an interesting opponent.
I can't vote on Straw Poll via tablet, but mine is for Edgeworth. This is for several reasons.
1) He isn't a true antagonist, but will push the defense for all they are worth. With his experience, this will be a hard case.
2) As he is also a seeker of truth, he won't go out of his way to sabotage the defense. This has been used to cause backfires on schemers before, who assumed he'd be "going for guilty" instead of "seeking the truth".
3) He is also an ace investigator, and can very reasonably turn up evidence with his skills and experience, meaning Athena wouldn't have to find everything.
4) Due to the image spot in TS, I want to see how he actually reacts to a world of ponies.
5) Whether he is human or pony, there is room for so many jokes.

I haven't even played Dual Destinies, but I've seen the trailer and the storytelling is reminescent of Turnabout Storm. By the way, does Athena know French?

Athena has been confirmed to "gratuitously pepper her speech with French, German, Spanish, and Italian languages that she apparently picked up while studying in Europe", and she is going to use that at more points in the story's future.
