My name is Twilight Sparkle and for a time my life got a whole lot more complicated.
Some days ago, me and my friends were stargazing when a strange rainbow colored meteor no bigger than a filly crashed in the middle of our group. The thing is the object looked like a capsule, but it was almost featureless aside from the bluish buttons that each looked like our cutie marks. What we didn't know was that by touching the capsule that it would open up and reveal a light blue alicorn, or that she would take on some of the traits and personality's of each of us, OR the fact that she would say "Hi, Mom" to me that we still had trouble believing, but what we did know was that this little filly would change the lives of those around her just by being herself.
Her name was Stardust.
She was my gift, my joy, and my guardian.
She was my Daughter and she changed my world forever.
And I will never forget her.

note: even though this has a tragedy tag I'm not going to be focusing on it till somewhere near the end and even I don't know at what point, but other then that I hope you like it.

sorry the update is slow having trouble coming up a way to move the story along and keep it interesting.
I have an idea but getting it to work is proving difficult.
I really like this story so far i just read it and i am sorry to bug you i was just wondering if by any chance you know when you might post next chapter
i understand that life can get in the way and i don't want to rash you or anything i just asking if you don't know that is okay and take your time on making a grate chapter

its probably not going to updated any time soon.
but im still working on it and I have an idea but no real clue how to build it into a workable story.
my idea revolves around the idea of time-travel and the first chapter starts in the future.
but the theme of the story is of love, loss, hope, betrayal and sacrifice.
I could use an editor and a proof-reader to help speed up writing the story and to pitch ideas around

Her breathing hitched once more before all the fight left her, leaving the sobbing Stardust clutching her form. The burning tears left tracks though the tarnished pelt of Stardust's muzzle. Among the wreckage she sat with the prone form of her mother. She had to cast the spell. She had to save her mother. But for now she would morn. For now she would cry.
(Bla bla bla. XD. )
I think maybe you and I could come up with something if you would be willing to brainstorm with me. We might actually have something here!
If nothing comes of this I might use it for inspiration for the story I have going on right now called Back in Time to Save The Future.
They seem sort of similar in the sense that there is time travel and terrible futures.

I like your idea though it may be a while before I try tackling this story again, but it may be enough to revive this story.
this story was a little too advanced for me to try and write at a beginner LVL. i still don't have an end goal in mind, but now I may be able to at least get her to the past and the main villain
