The point of this story is to delve into Chrysalis' background and find out why and how she became to be the cruel/psychotic woman that she is/we know from the show. So of course she's going to be OOC in the beginning because she wasn't like the Show-Chrysalis back then.

It's not exactly related to the adventures of Vinyl and AJ if that's what you mean, that's just me developing Human Chrysalis' past along with a bit of Cadence's (in later chapters) since Chryssie was the first villain the Apple Scratch Sisters fought.
Just like my Dracan War story was just me giving Celestia, Luna, and a few other characters of the fandom a chance to kick lots of dragon butts...

I loved this chapter. I love all the Apple Scratch stories in general, but this was something extra. I love how we get to see a more fragile, sensitive and emotional side of Chrysalis. It gives a lot of perspective and evolved understanding of the character.
Well... Ive read everything that interests me... And it took me 3 days... And those have been the worst and best 3 days of my life... Worse from how I ran out of money from having to buy tissues. Best because you are such an amazing writer Mariacheat, and others who have made excellent stories for the Applescratch universe... Oh here I go again...
