Following his rescue from a life-threatening accident in the Everfree Forest, the wolf Sillabus feels indebted to Applejack, his savior. Reluctantly, she allows him to stay on the farm to work off his debt, but both species have many differences and ways to dealing with things in life, and sometimes these things make repaying his debt much more complicated than need be.

Interesting premise for a fanfic, tracking and gave you a thumbs up :ajsmug:

Hmm....a very interesting concept. I look forward to reading more.

On a side note, there were only a few minor errors in the story you might want to consider fixing: Nurse Redheart's lines at the beginning are worded somewhat confusingly, particularly the parts that begin with the word "for". Second, a couple places in the story, notably towards the middle to end, you accidentally used "on" instead of "in". And the last one I saw was when Applejack asked if she was going to turn into a monster from the bite wound. In Nurse Redheart's reply you can't say that he was "disease-ridden" if you mean he had no diseases.

But, nit-picky grammar nazi bullshit aside, you're off to a good start with this. Keep up the good work :yay:.

Hmmm..... Yes, yes.

Moar.:moustache:

I love that wolf, and his clever ploy to get RD working.

Made me laugh.

Thank you! If entertainment is being provided, then my goal has been achieved!
I'm still wondering how much offscreen banter did it take for AJ to calm RD down... A lot, perhaps.

It's a shame more people don't read this, as it isn't half bad. The only chapter I really have with this chapter is Applebloom not having any qualms about fishing. After all, it is sticking a sharp hook (or hell, harpoon) into a living creature, which tends to be a bit outside a pony's comfort zone. I love the interaction of Sillabus and Applebloom though.

Thanks! I guess that a lot of people get a little bit turned off by a story that's not complete yet...? I can't say, honestly.
Though you have a point there, and I have a counter-point! We've never seen fishing ponies before, and I'd say it's because they are all terrible at it...! Which is why fishing doesn't work...? I guess?

On the contrary Fluttershy is quite good at fishing. Caused quite a stir in the fandom too.

Ha ha, poor Sillabus, having one of the CMCs inflicted upon him. : D

I'm a bit puzzled as to what Apple Bloom intended to do with any fish she harpooned. I mean, we know they eat eggs, but... I guess she might fertilize some crops with the fish. Or try Cutie Mark Crusaders, Gryphon Food Cookers... heh heh.

KeiroD here. Yes, the very same Pre-reader who read your story and sent you back for some more workings.

I'll be following this story with great interest. :D

Only one thing comes to mind....
:trollestia:Trololololo lololo lololo:trollestia:

Hmmm. This is good, but... It's got an interesting taste to it. :rainbowhuh: That's not a bad thing, mind you, but when I read this, I get a queer taste in my mouth that I can't quite place my finger on. Oh, well. Tracking + Thumbs.

I still haven't decided precisely what flavor this leaves in my mouth, but whatever it is, it don't taste half bad.

That is most intriguing indeed... I cannot, for the life of me, wonder what exactly you mean with your rather strange praise myself. 'Tis possible, perhaps, that one has tasted the monitor while reading this tale?

...Hmm. Most fascinating indeed. I must delve deeper into this subject at once! TO THE ETHER FORTRESS!

*dashes off to the sunset*
