Princess Luna is ashamed. Once again she has failed to protect her people during the Changeling invasion. What little redemption she has obtained since her release from the Nightmare has dwindled, and mistrust for her grows. So when something begins fillynapping young ponies all across Equestria near Hearth's Warming Eve, the royal alicorn finds herself the prime suspect. With tensions high and no new leads turning up, a desperate Luna decides to resort to an ancient magic that has been banned since her imprisonment to summon a demon to go undercover and find the true culprit. But will the witty djinni she summons be too much for her to handle?

i love the bartimaeus trilogy, but i dont think it goes well with pony IMO. and bartimaeus is much, much, much snarkier.

Looks good. You've even got his trademark footnotes down too. I love the Bartimaeus trilogy and when I saw that in the title I was intrigued. I look forward to reading more, this could be good.

okay, so I know for a fact I know this series... I read the full trilogy and intend to read the prequel ASAP.
Looks good, but Bartimaeus needs more snark, and you need to go back and check for typos, you've got a few here and there.
I think there may be a few tense errors (I've no idea, I suck with them...) But other than a few words seeming off, it's great and you've got Bartimaeus down. I had to open the story again in another page to get to the footnotes though xD
