Dude, you're literally the reason I got sucked into this whole pony thang. It was the beginning of August 2011. I was aimlessly browsing TVTropes when I landed on the "Cruelty Rich Leather" page. I just finished gawking at the Real Life section ("wow i didn't know the Romans did it too!") when I saw something out the corner of my eye...."My Little Pony". Huh? Wha? What the FUCK is My Little Pony doing on this fucking page?!?!
So I click.
Wow ok, so she's...wearing a dress made out of the skinned hides of others. That's some wild shit. I click again and read. I cringe and laugh my ass off so hard at "hey Dash THINK FAST" despite having no idea what the fuck a "Rainbow Dash" is. So I google around. I land on EQD, read Rocket to Insanity, then some other sequels (RIP Ace2401). I come up with the longest, most obnoxious, trollish screen name I can think of because I don't expect to be commenting on silly My Little Pony stories for long. A few days. Tops.
Couple weeks later (lol)...I look at something named "Fallout Equestria". ("hahaha what a stupid mash-up idea, i bet this is terrible") Soon after, I catch myself staring into Red Solo Cup at a poppin party thinking "fuck this, I wanna go home and read more of that Fallout Equestria shit" and I realize I'm hooked. The rest is history, as they say.
Early 2012, I start talking to musicians in the fandom and feel motivated to revive a once-promising music career that I had completely given up on. I make friends. I learn things I never knew about flstudio despite using it for 9 years (lol smh), I get some amazing samples, I do some amazing collaborations, I make more stuff in a few months than I had in the past 4 years.
Fast forward to Bronycon 2013. I meet a girl in a Derpy t-shirt. Turns out to be the love of my fucking life.
Soooooooooooooo............yeah. Thanks. That "horrible thing" you wrote turned out to be the Point of Divergence that saved my life from a miasma of old regrets.
Outside of comics, I didn't even like reading books for entertainment before this here equine thang. Not since I was a kid with Henry Huggins books anyway. Now I'm up to 114 fimfic favorites and who knows how many million words read. Heh.

I didn't even think you were real in the first place. Huh. Intriguing. I suppose this duly deserves a read later. Cupcakes was, in the end, the fic that got me into the fandom, breaking up my denial stage. It was thanks to it that I got myself to realize that there's prospect for brutality in there - and, as everyone knows, from that comes brilliance. Even if things did get out of hand eventually.

I've kept this in my Read Later list for a few days now. I read it during that time too, but I'm going to move it to my favourites after this time. This was amazing. I read the original back in '11, and I loved it. Nowadays, I don't tend to read many spinoff fics from Cupcakes, but to see an official sequel to the one so many years ago.
Well, it puts a smile on my face. I would request to have the original one, seeing as how I haven't read it in a LONG time, and that I can't find it (mostly due to laziness), but I can understand your predicament. Cupcakes is infamous, so it's rather easy to take that title for oneself with the tools.
As for the sequel, I loved the changes Pinkie has done here. Still using some puns for her actions, as well as her seeming innocent as she performs it all. It's something I also admired about the original. What even drove this further though, was that the victim is Mayor Mare. I hate her so much, so reading this almost turned me crazy myself.
I won't comment on the grammar, considering others have already mentioned it. I did notice them, but it didn't bother me.
I'm rather surprised this hasn't got tons of views. A sequel to the original? I was expecting an explosion of views.
Otherwise, I loved this. Perfect.
