A very well-done story - huzzah!!!!! (Octavia happens to be my favorite mare, and it was refreshing to read a story outside the usual fanfic Tavi/Vinyl sort of thing.)
The phone call really did sound like something two teenagers in high school would say to each other.
You know what I'm talking about the whole 'teens drenched in hormones, that half the time don't even know what there talking about' thing.
The kind that spout "I love you" every few sentences because that's the only way they know how to express affection.
