The Writer is an illustrious title:
An entity who holds power over everything he writes, it is the Writer's job to record and weave the story of life. Unfortunately the Writer is not doing this job properly and, as a consequence, the Multiverse is losing its fundamental plot cohesion.
Now It falls to others to right this issue before all is lost; to save everything Cliff Jumper must must triumph against the musing of an egotistical Writer's mind.
This story is a chronological sequel to It always begins with a Book, it is NOT required to undertstand this story.

Works of fiction are usually classified by their issues as being classical, modern, or postmodern. Postmodern works tend to deal with themes such as Character vs. Technology, Character vs. Reality, or the very rare Character vs. Author. Never seen that last one actually used until today.

modern: man vs society (for example, despite being a goofy Adam Sandler comedy about tax fraud, "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" is a man vs society movie as it pits a "gay" couple against their small town in which they have to rally against a society that doesn't support them), man vs self (self discovery/awareness stories are pretty common), man vs no god (in contrast to the conflict of a hero vs a god, such as in paradise lost, man vs no god is a conflict that came to light predominately in post-cold war united states when the propaganda against "godless communists" began to dwindle and people began to wonder where they stood, thus forming the man vs no god conflict, a byproduct of the rising population of american agnostics)
