How does Frosty compensate for his poor eyesight?
Albinism causes low vision. The best any albino is ever going to manage is 20/40 corrected, and that would be awesomely lucky... my husband's 20/70 with the best correction he can get. The lack of pigmentation in the retina causes severe photosensitivity and poor resolution, so the vision can't get perfect even with glasses. So it always kind of weirds me out when an albino is killing people with a gun and there's no explanation of how he's managing this.
It's not impossible for an albino to be an expert assassin -- a lot of practice, and maybe some adaptive technology. He'd be better with a rifle with a sight than a pistol, though. And probably he'd be best with knife work in close quarters, particularly in the dark (in darkness, albinos make better use of what little light there is, due to photosensitivity, so they actually have an advantage at night as long as no one shines a bright light in their eyes.) This would be better with some acknowledgement that Frosty is not just cool-looking but actually has a disability, and how he's overcoming it to do a job that normally people with his disability would be terrible at.
Another thing you should know: most albinos have eyes that wobble back and forth. They themselves are unaware of the behavior (they know because other people tell them or they can see it on film, but they can't feel it happening), but their eyes scan back and forth uncontrollably, the moreso when they are tired or sighting conditions are poor. This might actually be real damn useful against entities that need to look into your eyes to hypnotize or mind control you, like Discord, because you can't maintain eye contact with an albino in the normal way, not if they have nystagmus. Not all albinos do, and usually, the worse the vision, the worse the nystagmus, so if Frosty's got unusually good vision for an albino he might not have it.
This is interesting -- I have a husband and a son with albinism so I'm always interested in fictional portrayals of albinos, and HiE always works better for me when there's a strong character with well defined talents rather than some random brony -- but I hope you get into the parts of albinism beyond the pale appearance, because that's not all there is to it.

EDIT: and Frosty isn't what you'd call "normal" even by albino standards. That's all I can reveal at the present time.

4322869 Late comment is late, I know, but I'd just like to chip my own two cents in - I have Albinism myself, and although I could get 20/55 with glasses (due to complex genetic issues above and beyond my albinism, I normally have 5/400 vision - easily legally blind w/o corrective lenses), there is a certain lens implant that the United States FDA is trial-running currently that has a type of computerized light-correction layer, that either darkens bright situations through an LCD screen, or brightens really dark areas with some sort of computerized gamma-correction layering that lowers impact of different lighting levels on the cornea and retina by trying to equalize the light received in all environments, which lets the retinal nerves not take as much damage over time; this implant, which I personally have been participating in the clinical trials for, also utilizes vision correction like Contacts or a normal lens implant - I'm currently down to 20/37 vision, which is worlds better than I had before!
