Interesting premiss, although I think there are quite some people out there who won't like the amnesia-thing.
The only real issue I have with this story is the lack of consistency when it comes to how the townsfolks react to the character. It's mixed hatred and acceptance, but not at the same time. At first, everypony hates and agrees to shoot him and without anything segnificant happening, they let them guard their children. That seems a little bit off.
But apart from that I like this story so far and will read it as it progresses.

Oof it's been 4 years. Well look at that. I'm updating the story. made a light overhaul, and I put out 3 chapters in two months. Not bad If I do say so myself. Chapter 5 is almost done also!
