Very well, after reading I can safely say this is intruiging to me.
I have some minor criticism though:
There were some spelling errors like confusing "where" and "were".
Parts of the story appear to be rushed out a little, like the rather boring talk between Pinkie and Twilight. It was just not that engagin to see them go through the motions first with Twi and Pinkie and then EVERYONE else.
The story as a whole is a bit bland, you are being descriptive, but not in a very artistic fashion. Sometimes it reads more like a report than a story.
But please don't take this too hard, I am trying to improve on the fantastic potential I see here.
I am looking forward to the next chapter!

369549 Actually...I *am* planning on having more Darkwing characters appear later. I will say nothing more than that. (But DW and Negs are the primary Darkwing characters in this, so you will be seeing mostly them. I also will add Megavolt is my 2nd fav DW villain after Negs. How can anyone not love a rodent who always treats electronic devices as if they where alive?

369635 I've been wanting do write such a story myself after that episode, but I couldn't come up with any good ideas until recently. I'm very surprised that nobody wrote a DW crossover before I did, I thought for sure that someone had written something already. And I didn't think of that, I totally need to fit that in there somehow now, that would be one epic fight right there.
369652 Oh no, I love hearing constructive criticism, I know I still have room for improvement so hearing it helps me out alot, so more comments like that the merrier. I will shamefully admit that I soon as I saw that nobody had made a DW/MLP fic yet, I did rush to get the first chapter out to be the first, future chapters I will put more time and polish into them for sure. I will also confess my writing still needs work, in my earlier stories my biggest problems where pacing and lack of detail, now its bland, boring text and a bad habit of switching back and fourth between past and present tense (the later can be blamed on my brain is still programmed to write essay-style due to having to write them in school alot). I'll keep working on trying to "fluff up" the text so it won't be so bland.

The episodes are up on youtube, and I definitely recommend to go back and rewatch it as I plan to make more throwbacks to characters/events/mentions to both series throughout this. While its not fully required it just adds to the enjoyment. (They also came out with a comic book series for Darkwing in 2010-'11 you might want to check out as well, its worth a read. You and actually buy the trade collections on Amazon.)

Right when I had Duncewing cornered, those stupid tin cans came along and got me before I let 'em have it. Then Magica De Spell came along, busted me out of there, and we put together the most glorious plan imaginable. All the Darkwings from other dimensions together wreaking havoc upon St.Canard, what a glorious sight! I can't believe she was willing to do all that for one stinkin' dime. Meh, whatever, I never want to team up with her ever again anyways, I can't stand her. I'm still really pissed that all that time and effort went to waste..."
And no worries, I know how frustrating texting can be.

Dunno what I was thinking. I was kinda saving it for when things where about to be super epically awsome, but the more I think on it, the more I think should've added it there, as it is technically a "things are about to get super epically awsome" moment. Well, what I have it still works for now, and that will be something I'll change later whenever I decide to revise the 1st chapter. For now I want to finish up chapters 2 and 3 then get them up and continue with 4.

388763 About why the ponies didn't do anything, I actually did attempt to explain that, I had a feeling I should have made that more clear. Because the weapons Negaduck has are so foreign to them, they don't know how to deal with them or react accordingly. Think back to when explorers from Europe visited foreign lands and the natives had never seen guns before. That's what I was trying to go for here.
And I hate to break it to you but theres still alot more Negaduck to come, I'm having waaaaaaaaay too much fun writing for the guy.
But rest assured, he'll get what he deserves in the end. Good always wins afteral.

399184 I had a hard time writing out parts of this chapter because I was laughing so damm hard myself.
I'll also confess and say I was originally planning on this chapter being the only time the Fearsome Four appeared, reasons being simply because I didn't feel like having to write for more characters. I'm having enough fun as is trying to balance out the Mane 6 and make sure they all have enough "screentime"....HOWEVER, this doesn't mean I don't have an extra bonus chapter or two planned.
Now THIS is gonna be good.

I would like to see Quackerjack vs Pinkie, + Bushroot vs Zecora, also Quackerjack & the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Think about it, they can strike fear into the world even WITHOUT toys designed to explode.
I'd also like to see Fluttershy & The Cute Little Lost Bunnies, the Liquidator vs Pegasi (who can also control liquids)
