All the water collected from the rainfall yesterday suddenly vanished, denying the town of its only sources of water. With water important to a pony's daily life, the Mayor calls in Twilight to investigate the matter before the locals grow restless. If the complexity of the case won't hinder her, the unrelenting heat probably will.
