It's been a thousand years since Celestia saw her sister last. Since then, she's lived every day with things she wishes she'd done differently.

So when Nightmare Moon shows up to crash the party one Summer Sun Celebration, no one was more thrown for a loop than Celestia.

But she really wasn't expecting the Elements of Harmony.

If you're reading on a device with a small screen--such as an iPhone--the main chapter's formatting may give you problems. In that case I'd recommend reading flight i and flight ii instead. Between the two of them they have the same story, but they're crafted not to have the formatting problem.
