I liked it. Unfortunatelly, I haven't seen the green mile, but I think you described very accurately what the potion really does. Maybe the story could be longer. Have you thought about writing a prequel? Anyway, keep up good work :)

I think it's a nice counterpoint to Chat's latest bit of literary sadism. (Most recent chapter of "Poly Little Pony.")

Thanks! I'll consider expanding on it sometime.

Glad you enjoyed it. I don't read her work, what happened?

Thank you! That means a lot. :twilightblush:

Hmm.... It does need work and I seen the Green Mile when I was a kid and this scene made me cry like a little bitch.

While its a good copy of the movie, the scene of the "authors" really threw me off.

Another is "Twilight's" job. This scene could use some more touch ups.

But I give it a good A minus for the feels.

Thanks for the advice. I've never been able to think of anything better to call Equestria's deities.

I'll work on improving it.

3901941 Faust?

And given that humans are from a different realm all together, that should be taken into account as well.

It's not referring to humans. In my stories, the primary belief for ponies is that there are gods who write out the fate of every single being long before they are even born. A pony following their destiny is just going along with the story that's been written for them. When everyone plays their part, Harmony grows stronger. They believe that this includes plants, animals, and the other races and humans too.

In a story I'm currently working on, that will be Celestia's main reason for trying to convert humans. She sees how chaotic and unpredictable Earth is and believes that it's because humans have stepped out of our role that was written for us, so she uses the potion to make us too docile for self-determination. She thinks that Harmony will follow soon after and end all suffering. She's wrong of course.

3902042 ah.okay then. I see it now.

Yeah, sometimes I forget to provide the backstory behind things I put in stories, my bad.

Are there any chapters of that story out yet?

The one in the comment that I replied to. You say you're still working on it, but are there any chapters out yet?

Tell me what the fic was about. I have several fics I'm working on.

That one from your comment.

Oh! No chapters yet. Sorry. I'll get to work on it soon. Please be patient. :pinkiesad2:

Am I the only guy who thinks, what the hell God was doing when Celestia was ponifying his people?:trixieshiftright:

You can't support your kids forever. Our ancestors chose to set out on their own like adults and, like it or not, God respected that wish. Like any adult decision, that has consequences that we have to accept.

He probably helped but not in any way people noticed. The age of miracles is long since passed.

Besides, he still gets us back when we die so it's all good. :moustache:

Or maybe the crazies were right and Celestia was the Pale Horse that ushers in the Apocalypse and the end of man.
