Four new ponies have moved to Ponyville. Even though they don't make a good first impression, they will be generally accepted...right? That's highly likely, because it turns out, the more you get to know these newcomers, the worse and worse they appear. All they want is a home. All Ponyville wants is its sanity. In the end, only the strongest will survive and all things must go out with a "big bang" eventually.

I remeber you from the panel and I would like to give you a few pointers. If any of this makes you feel insulted...then take it to heart more and do better.
Try to stay away from real world references like the games you mentioned, It can take the reader out of the story really fast.
Its all conversations and not much descriptions (I do that a lot myself) its important to give your character motions while they are talking but its their action that will bring a character to life.
Just add more descriptive writing over all and the rest of your writing skill with fall in place.
I am interested were a group of misfits like this can make it work.
