Though you may want to reword this line a bit.

With that, the draconequus snapped his clawed fingers, causing a decontrol pair of lavender wings and a spiraled horn sprouted out from between his eyebrows.

Because it sounds like the both the horn and wings are sprouting from between his eyebrows. I mean, I don;t think that's what you were trying to imply. If so, then never mind.
Also, I do not think the word you want is 'decontrol'.
