You mean, this guy ? That's some crazy over the top power, especially when you pull it off your ass like this, because ALL the ponies around him should've been crushed by him with how massive an Ursa major is.
As for the story it feel rushed, things happen fast but no one really react to anything.
And the story suffer from white wall, we can't picture the scene or the dialogues, because you don't add descriptions at all when dialoguing.

What is " queen level power " ?
Even after draining Shining for days, Chrysalis was a pitifull imitator and unable to concentrate an act fast enough to block Twilight from freeing Shining and Cadance, and unable to stop them from blasting her ass all over the world.
So a newly freed drone unable to feed like she did, able to pull this kind of transformation so casually is ridiculous.
The problem of this fic is recurrent everytime changelings are main characters, authors are unable to NOT make them over powered Mary Sues.
If Chrysalis is any indication, their mimetics power are just physicals and mostly used to confuse and misdirect opponents, they don't know shit about how to impersonnate a pony, they don't acquire the powers of the copied pony ( because the mane 6 should've been blasted by every drone copying Twilight and Chrysalis should've been able to make everypony love her/others like Cadance ... ) and don't do magic like unicorns except their green rushing charge.
