I don't deny any of that,her fear of technology and the "enemy" within Equestria did all though, she just wanted peace and he ponies to be happy (ignorance is bliss).
There's other ways then killing and killing and killing. A civil war should break out in the chaos that will be created(the Royal Guard will get slaughtered but hey).
Luna was an ally yet Twilight will have to kill her too. Either she will help Twi take down Celestia to be backstabbed or she will die along with Celestia. The Sisters are going down either way.
But who will lead Equestria then? Twilight and her friends? CMC? The Cult? Will Allies become enemies in the struggle for power?
And the other nations finally having a chance to take Equestria , there is no way that would go unused, and with how you made magic look i don't think there is anyone to teach how to use the sun and moon,is there?
Equestria cant defend itself on a large scale right away and once in control the other nation(s) wont just let them retake it.
Don't answer any of that ill just see how it ends and be happy with whatever you do,i wont complain about the ending however it will be i pinky pie promise

Not, of course, that Celestia sees it that way. In her mind, she's done a lot to protect them from the horrors of a technology that will inevitably displace her. In her mind, someone kept ignorant like Applejack is better off that someone like Katrijn or the average cheval on the street. The fact that said ponies would sacrifice a virgin to an Other in order to gain access to the technology she bans owing to its freak-like-her-killing ability is not something that would occur to her.

i love and hate the ending of series's all the pent up bad assery, shocking twists, questions answered, the final epic showdown between good and evil. how will it end! will it end like All Good Things, will it end with Twilight and friends becoming the new leaders, will they all die in the end. i dont care just as long as there is a good dénouement ill be happy (i would be even happier if you then posted a blog a week later saying "ha ha i lied now on to story series four!" but i respect your decision to end it there)

352630 wordcount is about 437k. 437335 with all the warnings that series needs to be read in proper order. For comparison, Lord of the Rings trilogy had 473k words and Fo:E had 610k.

Well. This series has inspired my effort at writing, and without much exaggeration, I'd say that many of my popular philosophies in life have actually been affected by this masterpiece. I do dearly hope to get a hardcover copy of all 2000 pages someday. Thanks for the great week's worth of reading, at about 10-12 hours of reading a day! DQ Out!
All stories in this series need to be printed in paper and preserved in archives. I simply love this universe, it contains most of my favorite themes and elements.For me, it's masterpiece.
