Great chapter, very funny indeed.
But.
Two problems in the spanish part. The first one is Rainbow's last name, while it can be properly translated as "Ir de prisa", it's not that accurate, a better translation would have been "Arcoiris Apurado" and it also keeps the single word basis. The other one is "hediondo idiotas". Hediondo is a male singular and idiotas is plural, then is the problem with hediondo being outdated by more than one or two generations, in the present we use "apestoso" to translate stinking but didn't even usually use that one. A more accurate phrase would have been "bola de idiotas" which in spirit means "bunch of idiots", it's commonly used and fall into neutral territory around Latino America.
But those are only suggestions, use them or not as you want.

Also, Rainbow Dash being Latina............. Thoughts? Also she has the same accent she does in the actual show, mostly due to living in America for a good while, but still slips into Spanish now and again.

Not a bad twist, Dash being a foreign from Latino America fits with the canon one being from Cloudsdale. You kept her in character which is good too. No complains there.
For further references I would suggest to her changing to spanish using full sentences instead of just words, it sound more natural. Also, in moments of stress or joy, when is more easy for a new talker to break translation and go back to mother language. Any doubt about it just ask and will help.
