once again to all the people downvoting this just because it has flash sentry in it. go be a hater on some forum but not here since you can see this is not an anti-flash sentry story no the writer is not anti-flash sentry so this don't be downvoting the story and all the comments just because it has a character you hate. there are guys here who don't even like flash sentry and they still read the story and liked it. me i am a fan of flash sentry i think it has potential to become a good character on his own if he was allowed more screen time for development but sadly he not going to be in season 4 which i hope they change their mind. but back to you hate either you take the example of guys who don't even like flash and still like the story or you just get out and don't comment or vote at all.

This is the most down voted story you have ever written [By likes to dislikes ratio]
Let me just say this. I dispise this shipping for two reasons: 1) Lauren Faust said that there would NEVER be any kind of romance built into this show, and this thing breaks that rule; also, no rarity doesn't break that rule with her attempt to court blueblood in the show, since it was meant to be a comedic demonstration of how things don't work out as you wanted/expected them. 2) this really has two parts to it. One, I do not like the movie sine it, to me, defiled what the show was about by changing them inti humans when they were never meant to. The second part to this reason is much simpler, twilight faling for a guard, a male unicorn, from a different area than she is, is part of amassive stereo type that ponies can't marry or find love out side of their species (unicorns, pegasi, and earth ponies) and that alicors can only fall for unicors. This part irks me like no other, I HATE stereo types, and I honestly don't think that the show should follow the stereo types at all.
That is all I have to say on that.

2) Fantasy and Sci-Fi go hand-in-hand. One shows impossibilities, like magic, and the other explains impossibilities,like logic. Didn't the episode where Discord makes his debut mean anything to you?
3) Look at the cover image one more time... you'll see that Flash is a Pegasus, not a Unicorn.
After reading this and viewing the comments, I take it that you saw this coming.
It seems to lack the sauciness that you usually use in your stories, and seems rushed with a half baked plot (no pun intended).
I think you put little effort into this story because of the haters that would throw down votes at it... very clever.
