Some issues here and there with the writing as well as punctuation, but it's fine other than that.

A few miss spells but nothing major. So this is the story we're doing, I honestly almost forgot about it. I'll have change my plans but I got the bare bones of my chapter already planned out. Just got to see what kind of mood and flow the guys ahead of me sets up.

It's an interensting concept, but it just doesn't make sense. First of all, how are stupid reasons like the ones mentioned able to send Spike to court? Secondly, if the entire jury believes Spike is innocent, what's the point of bribing them with sex?

Great story so far.

A couple of minor typos:

He wasn't as buff as he thought he'd be when he was little, but a more wiry strength, maybe a bit bigger than Macintosh when he chose to go on all fours.

The second and third bits of the sentence ("but a more wiry strength", "maybe a bit bigger") lack verbs.

He spines had gotten more of a point

"His spines".

Um.. I am just going to say it. The set up makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. So he is going to tamper with the jury, a more serious offense, than what he is facing. Something that would get overturned anyway.

You know what, I am over thinking a fic which is just a paperthin porno plot anyway.

Anyway, how in the hell does such charges like jaywalking gets Spike to worry about putting him away for a really long time or worse? I think that as a dragon, the fact that he's gonna live for a really long time would make it a bit of a dumb idea for that--a prison sentence for a dragon kinda defeats the purpose, especially if they have to do their 100-year sleep thing...

Oh well, who cares? It's a collaborative clopfic feature some of my favorite authors, everyone's favorite male figure in the MLP fandom, and the possibility of several new Spike ships that are ripe for the use!!

Good story idea, but it would be a little better if you expounded on the events leading up to this a bit more like the guards taking him away to court or BB finding out about the article and stuff.

I'm pretty sure all those charges are frivolous and a jury who all love him anyway would make for an easy acquittal.

His plan, however, seems to be of extremely dubious legality, and probably worse than the charges.
