And so this is where our story ends. With David waking up the next day. But not in his world, but instead in Equestria. The power of friendship had tore a hole in-between the two worlds, and David traversed the rift. He was changed, in the process, into a pony. A true example of the true Power of friendship. Thankfully, his memory remained fully intact. He found Pinkie Pie and the two made a life together. Celestia told him that if were somehow traverse the bridge between worlds, the entire "structure" would collapse and the worlds would crash together and destroy each other. He was in no rush to go back though. He now goes by Calamine. He's a famous a chemist in Equestria, and has helped plenty of ponies. This is my biography of him. The first pony that was once a human, and one of my best friends husband. The light in his life was a friend, not just that but a friend despite the obvious barriers of their race and planes of existence.

Despite being a somewhat acceptable story, the ending sucks. If it ended at Senior Graduation, I would have given you a thumbs up, but sadly, the ending is just THAT bad.

That ending was a bit cliché.
I agree with the ones who say this was a bit cliché. If you had ended with Tia saying that they had to separate and then begin with him hugging the toy a few years down the road, it wouldn't be a cliché.

Sorry, haven't read the story (it's not my type), but I just have a question about the group placement of this. This story had more upvotes than down, so how is it in Plan 9? I might know if I read it (maybe not) but the rules say the story needs 10 more downvotes than upvotes.

It's a group dedicated to getting terrible stories and showing them off. Not to mock them, but to celebrate them. Some people just like to read bad stories from time to time. Stories admitted have to have 10 more downvotes than upvotes.
Anyways, the reason I'm asking is because I want to know if it's still supposed to be in there. Now it's an obvious 'no', I was just wanting to see if anyone was paying attention to the stories still in there. You see, one of my stories was put in there, but I messed up on it and I wanted to revise it. I wanted to see if perhaps my story were to get at least decent that it would be removed. May be a little selfish, I know, but I wanted to put work into this story and I can't do that if I feel like no one's reading it or going to read it (unless they're expecting it to be terrible)..

I really didn't think it would have the kind of effect on people that it did. I really have to thank everyone who critiqued my story and supported me. I think I'll start a blog today. 
That was quite an amazing story, man! As with Asg16-4, I actually felt myself tearing up a bit as well.
The only things wrong with it were a few minor spelling errors (note that I said "minor"), but overall it was probably one of the best stories I've read before.
I'd appreciate any more stories you decide to write.
