The Sad Tragic Tale of Sunset Shimmer

The News to Princess Celestia

"Princess Celestia," the guard introduced as he bowed to the princess.

"Yes," Princess Celestia replied.

"Sunset Shimmer has escaped into a mirror," the guard explained.

"A mirror?"

"Yes, a mirror. A portal opened and she just jumped into it. No warning."

"She will not return is all we can hope for."

"Yes, do you wish for me to let Princess Luna know the news?"

"No, send her to me"

"Yes ma'am." Then the guard ran off to find Princess Luna, which gave Celestia time to think. She thought about all that had happened. She had to think about why Sunset would do this. She only had one bad thing her history. Her parents not wanting her.

"Sister, you wanted to see me," Princess Luna started.

"Sunset Shimmer has escaped from Equestria," Princess Celestia explained to her sister.

"I see," Luna thought about it. "How did she escape?"

"Through a mirror," Celestia explained.

"A mirror?"

"Yes, apparently a portal opened and she just hopped through the portal."

"Where is this mirror?"

"I don't know. Guards!" Celestia called over the guards that had found Sunset Shimmer. The guards came running over. "Show my sister and I to the mirror."

"Yes ma'am," the guards replied. Then they showed the princesses to the closet. Then into the closet they showed them to the mirror.

"This mirror MUST be destroyed," declared Princess Luna.

"No. If Sunset decides to come back I want to talk to her... see if I can change her mind," Princess Celestia explained.

"Alright sister. But if something goes wrong it is on you," Princess Luna explained.

Way too rushed. Good idea though

too rushed, how the hell is Luna there, Celestia doesn't have anything against dark magic in moderation in canon(She specifically taught it to Twilight), and her being so harsh to a mere child for a simple mistake is simply out of character.
