While the set-up and concept are interesting, the execution is a bit frayed. The grammar is off at times and the whole thing seems rushed.
Is this set in the near future, explaining WHY Sweetie Belle can even cast spells now? clarification is required if you are going to do things like that, although I could just take it with a grain of salt and chalk it to the random tag, but I feel that'd demean us both.
Scene transitions need some padding and the pacing is too fast, but still a humorous read.
