This story takes the cake for originality when it comes to OC in Equestria, not to mention the trophy for how to do it right. This is all around just well thought out. The humor is fresh and unique, the interactions with other ponies are well done and 'realistic', so it's a very smooth experience, too. On top of all of that it's actually interesting, promising more and funny adventures to come.
I feel like the mlp show went to comedy central or Adult Swim and got a really, really good treatment.
