You may want to add a way to make it clearer when you're changing perspective in the story. For example it starts with Fluttershy going through the everfree when it suddenly jumps to Apple Bloom (two words by the way), so basically a simple line "------------------------------" would work well enough. Other than the starting confusion due to the jump, a good chapter, shame there was no Lobster in this chapter though.
