Set sometime between the events of Keep Calm and Flutter On and Magical Mystery Cure, a crisis looms over Equestria. An entire village has been reported missing to the west. As Twilight and co. investigate, it seems more settlements will suffer the same fate as the first. Princess Celestia puts Twilight in charge of the investigation, and it's up to her and her friends to discover the cause of these disappearances, and put it to rest once and for all.

I got the idea some time after watching Reviewing is Magic 5. (Watch it, it'll help explain some things, and get you into the proper mindset)
Tragedy tag is for Pinkie being emotionally scarred by Twilight.

Sunset Shimmer has been living a reformed life for quite some time now. Whether by fate or random chance, she wound up in a serious relationship with the Twilight of the human world. She's content with where she is and has never been happier to be accepted and loved. In fact, she hopes that this Christmas will give her the opportunity to express how deeply she feels for Twilight.

Equestria is going to invaded in three days and its up to the six Generals of Equestria to save the country. They're the best of the best, the elitist of the elite, but all that, to be honest, doesn't mean much as they're pretty much as incompetent as they come.

Inspired by the MLP song "Operation Oatmeal", whose coverart serves as the story's, and the events of "Expiration Date" which is a TF2 SFM. Another note is that this story was purely written for fun and done in my freetime, so there may be a few errors here and there. Nonetheless, critique and feedback are welcomed.

Twilight is preparing for the Nightmare Night, with a perfect gift idea for Luna as well. But then Rarity accidenlty gets in and things don't go that well when Applejack does the same.
